This is an exciting part of the process, as your plans are developed and the vision of your new home take shape.

CRH places a large emphasis on pre-construction services because we believe it is equally as important as the construction itself. This emphasis helps ensure the smoothest building process possible. From Architectural and Interior detailing, material specifications, accurate budgeting and scheduling; the framework for a successful build is properly set in place.
The hard work during the Design and Planning phases begin to bear fruit as we begin construction on your new home. We meticulously manage the construction process with a mobile office and on-site project manager. We work with knowledgeable industry partners and highly skilled subcontractors that have a teamwork approach and add value to your project.
